Grievance Redress Mechanism

A Grievance Redress Mechanism can be used by the public and stakeholders who will actively participate in the implementation of the Local Road Connection Project by filling out a Grievance Form during the construction phase.

The Grievance Form will be available in electronic form on the website of the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the official website of the Municipality where the construction works are taking place.

Complaints can be submitted orally by telephone, in writing (by post or e-mail) through filling out the Grievance Form.
